  • I registered. What happens next?
    You will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes that contains detailed information about your tour. If you don’t receive an email, look for it in your spam folder.
  • What should I wear?
    All guests must wear flat, closed-toed and closed-heeled shoes (no sandals, clogs or high heels). We recommend wearing comfortable shoes/sneakers. Additionally, long hair must be pulled above/about shoulder length. Loose fitting clothing (long-hanging jewelry, scarves, and ties) are not permitted.
  • What can I bring into the building?
    You may bring your wallet, handbag and cellphone on the tour. Please leave all other personal items at home or in your vehicle.
  • What should I leave at home?
    Please leave all other personal items at home or in your car, including bags, briefcases, backpacks, and cameras. Weapons and lighters are not allowed in our buildings, and we reserve the right to turn away guests who are unwilling to tour without these items.
  • Where do I park?
    General parking is available free of charge at each FC building.
  • What if I sign up but have to cancel or modify my reservation?
    Refer back to the confirmation email that was sent to you and click on the link to cancel your tour. We understand that things come up but appreciate the advanced notice.
  • Is there an age restriction for tours?
    Children under 6 are not permitted. Minors (under age 18) must be accompanied by an adult and should be able to follow instructions from the tour leader.
  • Can you accommodate special accessibility needs?
    Our tour is ADA compliant. There is a fair amount of walking on this tour, which may be difficult if mobility is an issue. On average there is an hour of walking and standing, covering a distance of approximately 1 kilometer. The tour route also includes stairs, but elevators are available if needed.
  • How long does the tour last?
    Tours last approximately 1 hour. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check in.
  • What is the cost of the tour?
    Tours are free of charge. Amazon does not collect or receive fees for providing tours.
  • Is it possible to book a tour for a group larger than 10?
    Yes, large group tours are available. Please reach out to tours@amazon.com for more information.
  • Are we allowed to bring water/snacks on the tour?
    No food is allowed. If you’d like to bring water, only transparent water bottles are allowed. No other beverages are allowed into the facility.
  • Is the center noisy? Some of the kids are very sensitive to noises – we can bring their hearing protection if allowed?
    The center is noisy. It is an active work site and there are a lot of conveyer belts and machinery. We provide headsets and receivers to all guests so they are able to hear the tour leader.
  • What information is covered on the tour?

  • I do not have all guests birthday, can I add a placeholder birthday?
    We collect birthdates as a precaution to ensure the safety of our employees as well as other tour guests. If you are not able to collect birthdays for your group, we ask that you have each individual guest sign up separately.
  • I want to book a date more than 1 month in the future, when will those dates be available?
    Reservations open up exactly 30 days in advance. Please visit https://www.aboutamazon.com/amazon-fulfillment-center-tours at that time to find the best date & time that works best for you.
  • Can we tour at a different time?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to alter the tour in any way, including tour times. If you are not able to attend, please refer back to your confirmation or reminder email to cancel your reservation.
