He's a Great Dane, weighing 165 pounds. He toured our Chattanooga fulfillment center with his owners, Nancy and Byron Bartley.\n\n![Riley, service dog at Chattanooga FC](https://assets.aboutamazon.com/dims4/default/05a55dc/2147483647/strip/true/crop/2400x1600+0+0/resize/767x511!/quality/90/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fassets.aboutamazon.com%2Ffe%2F1f%2F3b1d84c747b0b1ba8dea20d6a706%2F4.jpg)\n*Riley, a Great Dane service dog, tours a fulfillment center with his owner.*\n\n“We are Amazon Prime lovers! I was super impressed with the tour,” said Nancy. When asked what Riley thought of the tour, Nancy replied, \"Riley loved the tour! He was fascinated by the conveyor belts. I think all the cat food was his favorite part. We have two cats at home. Our cats always try to sneak his food, and he tries to sneak theirs.” \n\nRiley aids Nancy with balance and mobility.“When Riley wears his vest, he knows he’s on duty. He has opened up the world for me. I appreciate him so much, and I am so proud of him,” said Nancy.\n\nWe offers public tours at select locations throughout the fulfillment network, with tour groups generally consisting of local community members, students from area schools, Amazon customers, and sellers. In 2017, nearly 600 tours were hosted for more than 12,000 visitors in the United States. \n\nLearn more about [fulfillment center tours](http://amazonfctours.com).","publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"About Amazon","url":"https://www.aboutamazon.com","sameAs":["https://x.com/amazonnews","https://www.linkedin.com/company/amazon","https://www.instagram.com/amazonnews"],"logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://assets.aboutamazon.com/bd/8f/88e7b0314cc2bd05b9de3155a0fe/amazon-news.svg"},"parentOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Amazon","url":"https://www.amazon.com","sameAs":["https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3884","https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amazon_(company)","https://x.com/Amazon"]}}}
