Ever feel like you're just all over the place, bouncing around in your mind and your body? In this series of videos, your teacher, Kelly Suttell, will teach you how to feel more settled and focused. In addition to her career as a program manager for AWS, Kelly has studied mindfulness, yoga, and meditation since 2004. She has co-owned yoga studios, and she teaches mindfulness to teams at Amazon. Through this, Kelly hopes to empower Amazonians to maintain physical, mental, and emotional wellness, resilience, and balance.

In the first video, Kelly teaches a short series of yoga-based stretches for establishing balance and building strength. Then she explains this buzzword we hear so often these days—mindfulness—and how you can try it. Finally, Kelly will tie it all together with a meditation technique for further developing focus and calm.

Once you have learned these steps, you can think of them like secret powers that you can use anytime, anywhere.
