America's Test Kitchen Kids: Easy-to-make yogurt parfait

Yogurt and berry parfaits are great as a quick morning meal or a tasty summer snack. All you’ll need to make this kid-tested and kid-approved recipe are some berries, plain Greek yogurt, granola, and honey.

As Molly Birnbaum, the editor-in-chief of America’s Test Kitchen Kids, shows you in this video, once you’ve assembled your ingredients and gathered all of the tools you need, whisk together your yogurt and honey. Then comes the fun part: the layering. Grab two of your favorite fancy glasses and add the yogurt mixture, followed by some granola, and then top it off with berries. Use this same technique for one more layer, and there you have it: two perfect parfaits.

In this tutorial, Molly uses blueberries and raspberries, but as she explains, feel free to use any type of fruit you already have at home in your fridge. That’s one of the best things about this recipe—you can personalize it using whichever yummy ingredients you like. So get creative, get layering, and get to eating this deliciously good-for-you treat.
