We are continually looking for ways to further strengthen our culture of inclusion. We have ten employee-led affinity groups, reaching 40,000 employees in over 190 chapters globally. To help bring the best talent into Amazon, we recruit from diverse academic institutions, we partner with organizations globally, and we also support non-traditional learning pathways, like the Amazon Veteran Technical Apprenticeship, which places transitioning members of the military into technical apprenticeships at Amazon.
