In November 2017 Amazon announced that we plan to hire 10,000 more veterans by 2021.Our military recruiting teams are building programs across the company – from our AWS Apprenticeship program for transitioning military members and veterans to our Military Leaders Program for emerging Operations leaders. We’re excited to continue creating new pipelines of talent for our military community.

Our Amazon Warriors affinity group is made up of Amazonians who have served in their respective country's military forces, those who are still serving, and Amazon employees who support them.

The group's mission is to provide its members a professional network and a means to organize community outreach programs, to aid veterans during their transition into the Amazon workforce, and to be a resource for recruiting top military talent.
