Less packaging, more smiles, better brands

Since 2015, Amazon has reduced packaging weight per shipment by over 38% and eliminated more than 1.5 million tons of packaging. Amazon invites vendors to participate in Frustration-Free Packaging (FFP) programs, which set industry standards and guidance for brands. Optimized packaging delights customers, is more sustainable, and improves operations. To further this progress, we are excited to offer the Frustration-Free Packaging programs incentive expansion.
