    We’ll send you a confirmation email with everything you need to know about your tour.
  • What should I wear?
    Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as we’ll be doing a lot of walking.
  • How long will my tour last?
    Tours will last approximately 1.5 hours.
  • What if I sign up but have to cancel or modify my reservation?
    Please contact hqtours@amazon.com as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
  • Is there an age restriction on who can take a tour?
    Tours are available for anyone ages 6 and up.
  • Where should I park?
    Once you register for a tour, we’ll send you an email that includes information about where to park.
  • What can I bring in to the building?
    Your email confirmation will outline what to bring with you and what to leave at home.
  • I have a large group that I’d like to bring on a tour. Can that be accommodated?
    We suggest the audio tour for groups larger than 10 or if you are placed on a waitlist for the guided tour. You can learn more about the audio tour here.
  • Can you accommodate special accessibility needs?
    Yes. If you have special requests or need special accessibility accommodations, please email hqtours@amazon.com.
  • Is Amazon Go on this tour? Can I go in?
    We are excited that Amazon Go is officially open. To visit Amazon Go before or after your tour, please follow the instructions on their website – you will have to download the Amazon Go app.
  • Are The Spheres a part of the guided tour experience?
    Yes. Customers taking the guided tour will get to visit The Spheres.
