Amazon is also launching a first-of-its-kind collaboration with fashion icon Diane von Furstenberg to champion the success of women-owned small businesses.

Amazon and Diane von Furstenberg share a mutual commitment to empowering women-owned small businesses and women authors. We are excited to team up with Diane von Furstenberg’s #InCharge movement for International Women’s Day, spotlighting diverse and inspiring women in business, elevating their success and sharing their stories of entrepreneurship.

In support of the Women at Work Mission, Amazon recently launched a dedicated page on its career site that features stories of Amazon women making a positive impact in the workplace, a look at company culture, employment opportunities, and information on Amazon’s small business support.
Amazon Music celebrates women artists
Two-time GRAMMY Award winner, Dua Lipa curated an exclusive playlist for Amazon Music, featuring songs by her favorite female artists across genres including Missy Elliott, Blondie, Lizzo, Ariana Grande, Gwen Stefani and more. Additionally, Amazon Music will release brand-new Amazon Original songs from country music sensation, Carly Pearce; rising hip-hop star, Chika; Norwegian pop songstress, AURORA; and more each week in March.
Alexa honors inspirational women
Every day during the month of March, Alexa will spotlight an inspirational woman when a customer says "Alexa, who inspires you? Alexa will be featuring some of these women on her Twitter handle,@Alexa99, through the month.
Additionally, all day on International Women’s Day (March 8), customers can say "Alexa, good morning" to hear from Diane von Furstenberg about how she is empowering other women to be #InCharge. Throughout the entire month of March, customers can hear from Diane when they say "Alexa, talk to Diane von Furstenberg."

Customers can explore a curated collection of handcrafted products and learn about the women who created them. Amazon Handmade celebrates Makers' creativity by empowering them with the tools to showcase their products to customers around the world.
