The pandemic has changed many aspects of how we live—from how we engage with one another and how we shop, to what we value. One thing that has been amplified during this time is customers' trust in companies they have been relying on during the pandemic.
The Axios Harris Poll 100 data illustrates that industries with a large role during the pandemic have seen positive increases in customer perception, including those in groceries, delivery, cleaning, kids' products, pharmacies, and streaming services. Amazon has been in the top 3 of The Harris Poll for the past 8 years, and the top 10 for the past twelve years.
This years' ranking is especially important, thanks to the hard work of the teams in our fulfillment centers, stores, Delivery Service Partners, and offices during these unusual times.
