Amazon is making its largest ever annual investment in U.S. hourly wages

Along with hiring 250,000 employees for the holidays, Amazon invested $1.3 billion in wages this year, bringing Amazon’s average hourly pay to over $20.50 per hour across customer fulfillment and transportation in the U.S.
