Upskilling

Our commitment
Our $1.5 billion commitment to upskill 15 million people by 2025 will help those affected by the economic impact of COVID-19 and anyone else looking to transition into high-growth tech jobs. Building on our pledge last year to upskill 100,000 Amazon employees, our total upskilling investment now stands at $2.2 billion.

Our Upskilling 2025 programs

We want to hire, develop, and retain the best talent in order to continue to invent on behalf of our customers. We are introducing new training programs for employees and non-employees alike, and expanding on existing programs for employees across the U.S.
