The FIFA World Cup™ will have three Opening Ceremonies, marking the start of the tournament in each host nation. Here are the host nations’ first games. All times are in ET.
- Thursday, June 11: Mexico vs. South Africa—3 p.m. Watch for free on Tubi
- Friday, June 12: Canada vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina—3 p.m.

The Opening Ceremonies will occur 90 minutes before kickoff of each game—so 1:30 p.m. for the ceremony at Mexico City Stadium, 1:30 p.m. for the show from Toronto, and 7:30 p.m. for the ceremony from Los Angeles Stadium.
