But we also realize that sometimes our customers themselves are the ones that could really use a smile. Our Social Media Customer Service team is deployed around the world to be the sounding board for customer experiences and works to provide fast solutions to customer needs. What you may not know is that as part of their job, these employees are also looking for ways to surprise our customers with thoughtful, personalized touches. We call it our Delighter Program and this holiday season, we’ll be on the lookout for even more ways to bring smiles to our customers through social media.
