Sports fans rejoice! Prime Video is chock-full of live sports to watch and enjoy in 2025.
Prime Video's live sports portfolio expands further in 2025, with the debut of NASCAR and the NBA. This past spring, the NWSL and WNBA returned, while Thursday Night Football enters its fourth season on Prime Video this fall.
Most of these live sports come with your Prime subscription, which costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year. There are also discounted options for young adults and qualifying government assistance recipients. You can also try out Prime with a free trial.
Here are all the live sports you can watch on Prime Video in 2025.

NFL

Thursday Night Football broadcasts Al Michaels, Kirk Herbstreit and Kaylee Hartung.
Thursday Night Football returns to Prime Video this fall for its fourth season of star-studded NFL matchups.
This year's regular season slate features all 14 playoff teams from this past year, beginning with the Green Bay Packers hosting the Washington Commanders in Week 2 on September 11.
There will be 10 divisional games as well and other high-profile matchups, with some highlights including a Black Friday Football face-off between the Eagles and the Chicago Bears and a Christmas Day nightcap between the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs.

NBA

The inaugural season of NBA on Prime tips off with an opening-week doubleheader on October 24. The Boston Celtics visit the New York Knicks (7:30 p.m. ET) and the Los Angeles Lakers host the Minnesota Timberwolves (10 p.m. ET) in two NBA playoffs rematches.
Prime Video will also stream five consecutive Friday-night doubleheaders of the Emirates NBA Cup 2025 Group Play games, wrapping up the day after Thanksgiving with a Black Friday doubleheader on November 28.
The Emirates NBA Cup 2025 quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship will also stream on Prime Video from December 9-16.
The talented lineup of in-game and studio analysts includes former NBA stars Dwyane Wade, Steve Nash, Blake Griffin, Dirk Nowitzki, John Wall, and Udonis Haslem, as well as WNBA legend Candace Parker. Taylor Rooks will host Prime Video's pregame, halftime, and postgame shows.

NWSL

Prime Video is streaming its second season of National Women’s Soccer League, which began with the NWSL Challenge Cup and includes 25 regular-season games and one quarterfinal playoff game on November 7. Regular-season games stream Friday nights, with coverage beginning at either 8 p.m. ET or 10 p.m. ET.
These games feature top stars like Marta, NWSL Championship MVP Barbra Banda, reigning NWSL MVP Temwa Chawinga, and U.S. Women’s National Team stars Sophia Smith, Mallory Swanson, Trinity Rodman, and Rose Lavelle.

WNBA

The WNBA returned to Prime Video with 21 regular-season games this year, including matches with stars like Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever, three-time WNBA MVP A'ja Wilson of the Las Vegas Aces, the defending WNBA champions New York Liberty, and 2025 No. 1 pick Paige Bueckers of the Dallas Wings.

The 2025 Yankees schedule featuring players on the team.
The New York Yankees returned to Prime Video for 21 games during 2025 MLB season at no additional cost to Prime members in New York State, Connecticut, north and central New Jersey, and northeast Pennsylvania.
The games are produced and called by the YES Network’s Emmy Award-winning broadcast team in collaboration with Prime Video. YES Network play-by-play broadcaster Michael Kay is on the mic. Home games include a 30-minute pregame show with YES’s Meredith Marakovits and away games feature a pregame show with YES’ Bob Lorenz.

NASCAR

Prime Video streamed NASCAR Cup Series races for the first time this year, starting with the Coca-Cola 600 on May 25 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and concluding with the NASCAR Cup Series Race at Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, on June 22.

NHL

Select Seattle Kraken games are available to stream on Prime Video for audiences in Washington state, Oregon, and Alaska. All you need to do is open the Prime Video app or webpage and click on the game or search for “Seattle Kraken” to watch.

Overtime Elite
